Welcome Aboard Jesper
Jesper a Danish agricultural mechanic has joined us as part of a three-month AGCO exchange program. Jesper is from a Danish town called Kiback where he has been fully trained in Fendt and Massey Ferguson machinery. For owners Adrian & John this is a fantastic opportunity. There is a vast shortage in mechanics and at our busiest time over Harvest Jesper’s experience has helped him to fit in and be a valued member of our team. It is a win win situation, as in Denmark at the moment it is Winter, their quiet time. After working with Cobram Farm Equipment for 3 months, Jesper will travel in Australia for a month with other exchange mechanics and then return to his job in Denmark.
